COLLECTION AND /OR DELIVERY OF PETS/HOUSE KEYS £6.00 PER JOURNEY
We would suggest that you leave a set of keys in our care should you intend to use our services on a regular basis thereby negating the need for a key collection/delivery charge.
INITIAL HOME VISIT/CLIENT FILE SETTING UP FEE £10.00
This charge is payable by all prospective clients at the time of the initial home visit be it to the client's house or sitter's house but will be deducted from any subsequent invoice.
MILEAGE CHARGE – IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO LEVY A MILEAGE CHARGE. IF THIS CHARGE IS TO BE MADE YOU WILL BE ADVISED PRIOR TO BOOKING ANY ASSIGNMENT. MILEAGE IS CHARGED AT 30p. PER MILE.
THE MINIMUM CHARGE FOR ANY SERVICE IS £6.00
FOR ALL DAILY VISIT ASSIGNMENTS AN ADDITIONAL £2.00 WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH VISIT ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS. CHARGES FOR VISITS OUTWITH OUR NORMAL OPERATING HOURS (0800 – 2100HRS) WILL BE BY ARRANGEMENT. ALL SERVICES WILL BE CHARGED AT DOUBLE THE NORMAL RATE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
WE ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE.
